Harnessing the Power of an Age-Diverse Workforce: Work-Life, Well-Being and the Employee Lifecycle
2024 Annual CUWFA Conference Hosted by University of Arizona April 16-18, 2024
There are more generations in the workplace than ever before. The need to create robust and innovative age-inclusive solutions to support personal and professional challenges throughout the work-life cycle continues to grow. It is essential that organizations foster policy, procedures, and practices to create a culture in which all ages can thrive. Work-Life leaders and practitioners have an essential role to play within this evolutionary process.
Through keynote speakers, panels and session discussions, we will:
- Explore expectations and perceptions of a multi-generational workforce
- Maximize the value of an age-diverse culture
- Discuss how to drive sustainable solutions to the varied work, life and family challenges at every age and stage
